The Makita 3-1/4 HP plunge router is perfect for fine woodworking， cabinetry， windows， doors and more. Linear ball bearing construction ensures a smooth plunging action for optimum performance. The 15 Amp motor delivers an operating speed of 9000 to 22，000 RPM. Plunge depth capacity of 0 to 2-3/4 Inch ensures smooth penetration into the workpiece. Integrated fan has a labyrinth construction that prevents the accumulation of dust into the tool. Rubberized handles have an ergonomic design for user convenience and the integral two-finger switch ensures operational control. Lock-on trigger ensures uninterrupted operation for longer periods of time. Quick-release plunge consists of micro control technology that makes it easy to adjust the depth and the three preset depth stops ensures accurate alignment. Plunge lock lever is placed at a convenient location for smooth operation. Shaft lock makes it easy to adjust and change the bits easily with the help of a tool-less template guide system. Chip deflector directs the chips away from the user to ensure safety. Depth setting can be seen from an easy-to-read scale. Flat top design keeps the tool stable when changing or installing the bits.
